Sean stepped in for Bill Johnson when I went to dealership to turn in my leased Genesis for a new lease on an Equus. With only a few days to complete the selection of the vehicle and close the fina dealership to turn in my leased Genesis for a new lease on an Equus. With only a few days to complete the selection of the vehicle and close the financing on it, Sean went above and beyond what I have experienced with past car transactions to personally search other dealerships and in-transit vehicles to locate the exact perfect car. Also, due to high traffic waiting for Finance Review, Sean put on the Finance hat and took me through the credit qualifications process and closing on the deal. Finally, Sean coordinated the delivery on New Years Eve and personally went through all the features and set-ups on our new Equus. Sean provided me complete service from beginning to end and has followed up with calls to me afterward with any help that I needed. Best car buying experience ever. James listened and was respectful, totally competent, honest, straightforward. When I called for general information, after listening to James for 1 minute, I could immediately sense that he was honest and with NO BULL. When I came to the dealership, James continued to be a NO BULL person. I liked his honesty and integrity more than the sales people with AAA, and with COSTCO. He is outstanding. Sean Piper also helped with the paper work and walk through at the end of the sales, as James was home sick with a probable FLU bug. Mike was just like James, straight forward, honest, totally competent and a pleasure to work with as he walked my wife and I through the closing papers and orientation to the car. I am totally impressed with Earnhardt Hyundai and I look forward to continuing dealings with this fine organization as is reflected by these two terrific salesmen. More

Because of the wonderful prior experience we had with Drew Gabler and how much I love my Hyundai, when my husband needed a new car there was only one place we went - to see Drew at Earnhardt Hyundai. I am a former Lexus owner, and I don't miss my Lexus a bit - Hyundai has made a believer of me, both due to the quality of the product and the quality of the service I have always received. We didn't necessarily think we were coming home with a car tonight, but it was such an easy process that we did. Here is a dealership that is proud to have repeat Hyundai customers, and makes you feel part of the family every step of the way. The entire process from the minute we walked onto the lot all the way through the painless finance process with Sean was top notch. Drew (as usual) took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish, and get us what we needed. The entire staff was so friendly and lovely with our 11 year old daughter, who was not planning on hanging out with us buying a car today. Honestly, I'm not sure that I can say it any better than to sum it up with this: I would not hesitate to send my very closest friends and family to Drew and Earnhardt Hyundai. I let them know that I had this much money and I was in a specific range. Going into this I knew it wasn't much, but with the help of these two, they worked together and help me purchase a brand new 2013 Hyundai accent. I love the car!!! They truly made my first experience easy and understandable. They explained everything and made sure I understood. I'm very glad with my decision and recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to buy a vehicle. Again I would like to thank James Orosco and Sean Pieper for everything!!!!!! More
