We just bought another 2018 Grand Cherokee, and Sean was our sales representive. He was simply outstanding and patient while my wife made up her mind as to which jeep she wanted. There was no sale pressure, he just wanted us to be sure and happy about our choice. Richard from finance was really helpful and answered every question we had. He walked us through the entire contract, and he made it simple and advised me correctly when I asked about extended warranties. We bought only what we needed for the extra time we felt we would keep the jeep past the 3 year/36 month time frame. It was the honesty, no pressure, and caring attitude of people like these guys that keep us coming back to this dealership. More

Two issues I've had my tires rotated four previous times at this dealership without any problem. Two days ago I was informed that my wheel lock was missing. I in I've had my tires rotated four previous times at this dealership without any problem. Two days ago I was informed that my wheel lock was missing. I informed the service advisor that I have never touched the wheel lock and it was always there to rotate the tires so it's obvious to me that they forgot to replace the wheel lock on my last visit... The dealership was also running a 10% discount off mechanical service and I was never informed $80 off and $800 bill would have been nice I will check these discounts on my own from now on but don't expect the service advisor to let you know More
