The people are nice, the wait time is ridiculous I show up with an appointment for an oil change, and wait over two hours, with no update. They have my car! It’s likeloke I’m held hostage there. I can walk into jiffy lube without an appointment and be in and out in 30 mins. The niceness of the staff is not worth the wait. I’ve always had an impossibly long wait and I come back because I have the toyota care package, but I honestly don’t care anymore! More

Truly Exceptional I came in without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an acceptable time. They also did a complimentary inspection that resulted in a l I came in without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an acceptable time. They also did a complimentary inspection that resulted in a leaking axle seal. What I really liked is they walked me out to show me the seal while it was still on the rack. Thanks for the great service! More
