Truly Exceptional I came in without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an acceptable time. Since my car is new, and this was my 1st Service in quite a while at Lancaster Toyota, he had a Tech address my 'rattles' right away. The Lounge is a nice place to hang out too. Also a shout-out to Tom Grabbit, the Service Director. He's always there to address any concerns. Contrary to the reviews on Yelp! if you have an issue Tom is always willing to address and resolve the concern. Good job to Sean and Tom. More
