Principal agreement over email was not honored I sent Puente Hills Mazda an email giving them a quoted lease deal from another local dealership. After a couple of back and forth emails and phone ca I sent Puente Hills Mazda an email giving them a quoted lease deal from another local dealership. After a couple of back and forth emails and phone calls, Tyler said he checked in with management about a price discussion we had over the phone and was told they were happy to match the deal from the other dealership. I chose Puente Hills since they were a bit closer to me. I regretted it. When I arrived, I was greeted by a new sales person, Daniel, since Tyler was unable to make it in that day. No biggie. Daniel went over the vehicle's features and we took a test drive. We got back to the dealership and Daniel started filling out information to obtain a credit check and the agreement to disclose my information to their marketing affiliates. I kept asking to make sure that pricing was indeed similar to what we discussed over the phone and email and was assured yes. This is when Sean came in. He printed out the email exchanges between Tyler and I and said yeah of course we can match it. Then he went to the sales office, came back, and told me in a very condescending way that he had no idea what vehicle the other dealership was selling since the MSRP was off by $40 (who cares??). In addition, the residual value was off. And there was no way they could match the price since the residual value wasn't correct. In the end, the payment was approximately $40 more a month after taxes from Puente Hills Mazda compared to the other dealership. Needless to say, I took my business to the other dealership. I would definitely not recommend Puente Hills Mazda as long as Sean is working there. The way he stormed out of our negotiation table and presented himself is not how a professional employee should ever act. TL;DR: Puente Hills Mazda agreed to price match a local competitor. When I arrived, they tried to get me to sign the lease with payments that were over 15% of what we agreed to. More

I called Puente Hills Mazda and talked with Sean, he was like come on in Puente Hills Mazda is not like other car dealers. Sunday my wife and I went into the dealership met with Sean, he then introduce us to Andres Perez as our sells person. Andres was great in work with us as well, he was very helpful in helping us find the vehicle we were both looking to purchase. Puente Hills Mazda had the exact colors and package we were looking for. This dealership is so good, they let us take the Mazda6 my wife was looking to purchase home for the evening. My mother in law is handicapped we needed to see if we can get her into the car. Everyone at Puente Hills Mazda was great, even sale people who were not helping were talking to us asking how things were going with the purchase. The finance person was great as well he worked with us to get our payments to where we wanted them to be. This review is going to be the same for both Vehicles. We did purchase a Mazda6 and CX9. We experienced great service without a lot of push from either as I was very up front about what we wanted and the timeline. We turned in our daughters Mazda 3 lease and leased a CX5 Touring. The normal grind and haggle associated with car dealerships was not as bad as originally anticipated as we had clearly communicated what we wanted. It kept the negotiations and the interactions short and pleasant. Since Rocco was with a customer when we arrived, we had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Sean. Both extremely nice and knowledgeable. We have received several follow up calls from the dealership and we can wholeheartedly say that if you want to purchase/lease a Mazda, this is the dealer ship to go to. (Ps we live about 60miles from this dealership but choose to come here because of the professionalism and great customer service we received leading up to us coming in) Go to Puente Hills Mazda! You will be glad you did! More

Not once during my time there was I pressured to commit to the purchase. Adom is extremely friendly and did not hesitate to share his extensive knowledge with me. He took the time to explain the car's features and made the experience fun and enjoyable; I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. David and Sean went to bat for me (even though they totally did not need to do this for an internet stranger) and helped me negotiate a great price - I drove away feeling like a rock star! Even though we had a bit of downtime after signing the papers as the car was being prepped for me to take delivery, Adom stuck with us and showed my wife and I the CX-9 which left us with a very favorable impression. I have a feeling we'll be back before we know it. Don't forget to ring the bell before you leave! More
