Deceiving Tactics when Negotiating Price I believe in corresponding and negotiating via the internet as it is well documented and most efficient way of getting the best deal. I felt deceived to have been given a numeric figure just for the sole purpose of getting me and my wife to the dealership. I've confirmed the price both via email and text. Then at the dealership, we confirmed three times verbally and was told "yes, whatever we quoted you in the email" and after being there for over two hours, the finance person and and manager apologized that there was an error. The figures were transposed due to the person quoting me the figure was very busy at that time. And after asking to speak the Sean, the person who we negotiated the price, instead of apologizing, he even accused us of taking advantage of the situation. Really? We were the ones who traveled 30 miles to their dealership twice. First to see the vehicle after we were given the quote. Then after we confirmed the price in person with Tyler (sales person who was there- he as professional) we had to come back the following day and drive 30 miles again. We were the ones taken advantage of with their "DECEIVING TACTIC". Honesty is still the best policy in my book and this dealership far from it. They would not honor the price documented on the email. A price difference of about $600. May not be much but the principle behind is what matters the most. If they are not trust worthy from this point, who knows what other tactics will they pull. They even want to add Anti-Theft system that was supposed to be installed to prevent theft from their dealership and have us pay $1100. Then they lowered to 499, then to 399. We end up walking out and decided against Mazda all together. We end up getting a competitor make instead and got exactly what we were quoted at 0% APR. Please be careful when dealing with this dealership. Even if you confirm, they will change the figures on you. More

More car than I needed my way I had fun testing Tyler's customer service/tolerance. At the end he was able to give me a car that I'm happy with. Deal was made in a reasonable amount of time from test drive to crunching numbers, however paper work took longer than I would've preferred. More

Great Service! I was very impressed. I told them the car I wanted and the terms. They found a way to make it work. Most of the transactions was handled over the i I was very impressed. Never tried to sell me something more. I always hate the financing part. They had everything ready. It took less than 10mins. They were knowledgeable, even though the model was new. If there was something they didn't know, they took time to find out. Follow up was great, after the purchase. They checked back to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships, in the past. I would rate Puente Hills at the top. Sean and his staff were very friendly, very professional and made it fun! A car dealership I actually trust!! More

He listened to what I wanted and came back with it. No hidden fees, or last minute warranty slipped in at the goal line of the transaction like most car dealers try to pull. No nonsense deal!
