We have worked with two salespersons (Wes in May, Kyle S in September) and both were so pleasant and helpful. They worked with us to get our needs met for the two cars we purchased. No pressure maintenance so if you still young enough to change your gear oil or wait just a little longer it’s up to you. Nothing but great experiences with every staff member on site. Had nothing but bad experiences here with the service department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actua department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actually changed. After going back in to have them actually replace my oil, they had the nerve to ask me to write them a good review. I lived in 4 states and this is by far the worst Toyota dealer I’ve experienced. I will not be going back here for service. More

This dealership is so friendly and helpful. Sean was great. He explained what they were going to do and kept in touch with me about timing and added services needed. I got the video from the Sean was great. He explained what they were going to do and kept in touch with me about timing and added services needed. I got the video from the mechanics which was so cool. The lounge areas were very clean and they even had a small place to get snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
