i made an appointment for 11:00am. I arrived early at 10:30am. My vehicle was not touched until around 1:30pm. I was not advised of anything until I inquired about status. Obviously, the appointment time 10:30am. My vehicle was not touched until around 1:30pm. I was not advised of anything until I inquired about status. Obviously, the appointment time is meaningless and just a time to be there to get in line for an available mechanic. I believe this is in the nature of false advertising. If I had known that it was going to be 1:30 I could have made better use of my time while in the area. I live 90 minutes from the dealership and could have gone to Costco, for example. I go to Toyota for work on the Van because it is a wheelchair accessible vehicle and I want to keep it in top condition by a service department that knows Toyotas. I cannot make it there any earlier because of caretaker schedules. More

Shawn? or Sean Williams was courteous, smart, understanding. Just thought he did an exceptional job as a 'service writer'- I think they call him this (?). It helped an otherwise painful, $$fina understanding. Just thought he did an exceptional job as a 'service writer'- I think they call him this (?). It helped an otherwise painful, $$financially$$, happenstance with my car.. I got some new brakes, pads, belts etc...and had an electrical issue they checked out in expert fashion at Toyota cedar Park. More
