I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the post-sale service I received following my vehicle purchase in May 2026. While the initial test drive and financing process were satisfactory, the post-sale service I received following my vehicle purchase in May 2026. While the initial test drive and financing process were satisfactory, the turnover and subsequent customer support were unacceptable. After the paperwork was signed, I encountered a mistake on the registration documents. When I requested a correction, I was told the dealership could not make changes and that I would have to resolve it myself. Consequently, I visited the RMV multiple times, only to be sent back to the dealership for additional documentation each time. During my most recent visit to the RMV, I was informed of further errors in the paperwork that still need to be addressed. The lack of accountability and poor customer care I experienced throughout this process have been incredibly frustrating. As a result, I will not be doing business with your sales team in the future. More

I would not recommend Nucar, Norwood to my friends or relatives. It was the worst experience. It took me over a month to get a vehicle because of miscommunication and even though Nick, the manager did c relatives. It was the worst experience. It took me over a month to get a vehicle because of miscommunication and even though Nick, the manager did come through in the end, the day I picked up my vehicle it was filthy on the outside and it just was not a pleasurable experience. But I will say that Sebastian was as accommodating as he could be given the situation. More
