He when he walked me through the different options and let me choose. He also got me a price I was happy with. Honestly, the dealer experience could have made or broken the deal. Sometimes you get an indication of "red flags". None here. At delivery time Tom was right on top of things: no hassles, quick and easy explanation of main features and then some. Purchase of Certified of Owned Lexus I was in market for another vehicle. I had purchased a new 2002 Lexus RX350 in 2002 from Hoffman. This car has since been handed down to my college I was in market for another vehicle. I had purchased a new 2002 Lexus RX350 in 2002 from Hoffman. This car has since been handed down to my college age son. It has 302,000 miles and still going strong! I had used Hoffman service throughout the ownership of that vehicle. I though about purchasing a new vehicle ,a different brand, but still wanted to look at a Lexus.I went to Hoffman to check out the Rx's. I meet with Woody Hammonds and asked to look over the pre owned vehicles, and i test drove a 2013 RX 350. I enjoyed the vehicle , was impressed with its condition, and a 11 year upgrade is a lot in this day and age a technology. I came back again to test drive with my wife and we decided to buy it. No pressure at all very relaxed and pleasure working with Woody and Peter Quagliaroli for the financing. I already know what i can expect with service...excellence! More
