Claudius John made me feel so comfortable while deciding which car I wanted and going through the purchase process. He brought several cars right up to the front and patiently went over all of the options which car I wanted and going through the purchase process. He even had a big red bow on the hood after I purchased the car and then sat with me and customized all of the apps. This car has so many upgrades compared to my previous vehicle that it helped immensely having him set it up with me! I would 100% recommend Claudius if you are in the market for a Land Rover! More

My recen BUYER BEWARE: A Warning about KEVIN and JAGUAR LAND ROVER RALEIGH I must caution anyone considering doing business with this dealertship. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After finding the perfect car on their lot, I was assured by their sales team that they would hold the vehicle for me while I finalized the financing through my credit union. I deposited $2500 and had my credit union in Texas finalize the loan. Feeling confident in their word, I proceeded with the loan process, and my credit union promptly was going to overnight a special endorsement check to them. However, to my shock and disbelief, they called me saying it was sold to someone else while I was on a three way call with my credit union and sales manager. Not only was the car sold out from under me, but it was done so after my credit union had already paid for it, and the loan was in my name. This is not just incompetence; it's a flagrant breach of trust and a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. The lack of communication and accountability from them throughout this ordeal is astounding! In addition to the emotional distress caused by this ordeal, I now find myself in the frustrating position of having to unravel a financial mess caused by their negligence. I urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them, especially OUT OF STATE, to proceed with extreme caution. Their unethical business practices and blatant disregard for customer loyalty make them entirely unworthy of your trust and hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. More
