Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points. For our used vehicles, our policy is not to provide a full tank of fuel at delivery. This is a standard practice on pre‑owned vehicles and is reflected in the pricing of the vehicle. Regarding the spare tire, the 2017 Acura TLX does not come equipped with a traditional spare tire from the factory. Instead, Acura provides a tire repair kit, which includes an inflator pump and sealant, located in the trunk. This is standard equipment for that model and year. As for the interior condition, we apologize if this was overlooked. We would be more than happy to vacuum the interior for you at your convenience.
