Danielle, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It truly means a great deal to all of us. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your family. One of the things I enjoyed most about your journey was that nobody ever felt pressured. Sometimes the first vehicle isn't the right one, and that's perfectly okay. Luis did exactly what we hope every member of our team does—he listened, stayed in touch, and was there when you were ready. I still remember the excitement when your daughter fell in love with the Tiguan. While the numbers weren't quite where we needed them initially, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to step in and help bring everything together. Seeing your family drive away in a brand-new 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line made all of the work worthwhile. Thank you for recognizing Luis, John, and our team. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in us, and knowing you'd recommend both our dealership and Luis means more than you know. Enjoy your beautiful new Tiguan, and please remember that our relationship doesn't end with your purchase. If you ever need anything, we're always happy to help. Warmly, Ryan Sampson Director | McDonald Volkswagen
