Comfortable leasing experience After meeting Mike Jasper, general manager, at a golf outing, I told him my wife was looking to lease a new Cadillac and he invited us to Wyler Cadill After meeting Mike Jasper, general manager, at a golf outing, I told him my wife was looking to lease a new Cadillac and he invited us to Wyler Cadillac. Roy Rivera handled the process with the help of sales manager,Tyler Yarnell. The process was professional and pleasant. Everyone accommodated us to where my wife didn't even have to come back to the dealership for delivery. I was able to handle it all for her. Very convenient. We even sold them her old car at a fair price and received a check about a week later by mail for her trade in. The new SRX she leased was a courtesy car and had some slight damage on the rear bumper cover which they assured us they would repair at our convenience. The total experience was great and we would recommend Wyler Cadillac to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car. More

I was on my way to Hamilton, OH from Indianapolis to see my brother in the hospital. On the way there, the ABS service light came on my 2011 SRX, I was familiar with the Jeff Wyler dealerships, so I stopped to drop the car off for service. Roderic in service was exceptional, handled getting a loaner and stayed late so I could pick up the car after hours. While I was waiting, I spoke with Dustin about an SRX in Majestic Plum. We had been looking in NY and Indy for months and had not been able to see one in person. I was very specific about the options and price and he was able to find one for me! Dustin was not available when I went to pick up the car so I worked with Harold and Selwyn. Harold was so helpful and informative and helped me get the car settings and everything all set up before we left. He was a joy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does. I wish I could bottle his enthusiasm. Selwyn was very organized and made it painless to sign all the paperwork. It was so worth the 2 hour drive. I love my Cadillac and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Wyler and this team! More
