Great Experience I have owned many vehicles over the years and can honestly say this is the only time I did not dread going to a dealership. We have previously owned a Lincoln and are spoiled by the toys on a premium automobile. We visited Jeff Wyler Cadillac just to see what they had, test drove an SRX, but decided to wait until the 2016 Lincoln's came out. Once we decided we didn't want the new Lincoln, we went back to Jeff Wyler to visit the sales representative, who had spent a lot of time with us explaining the vehicle, and allowing us to take a long test drive. The vehicle I wanted was still on the lot, and the sales representative, John Reed was there to greet us. There was never any pressure to buy anything, but at the same time we walked away with a wealth of information. He was pleasant and professional and gave us his full attention when we expressed what we wanted to see when buying a vehicle. The sales manager seems to have a wonderful working relationship with John and both treated us a friends. Also the finance staff was professional and very proficient in the job. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and if looking for a Cadillac, visit the Fairfield location. More

I hadn't even clean out my car still carrying gifts from my daughters baby shower from the prior weekend. While I was with Mr. Brown Harold moved or had those gifts moved into my new vehicle. Excellent Service & Salesmen I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from this dealership and the salesman I worked with was phenomenal. Jesse Wagner was extremely supportive I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from this dealership and the salesman I worked with was phenomenal. Jesse Wagner was extremely supportive and helpful. He practically broke his back and wore out his shoes to get me the car I was so interested in. Initially, I went there looking for a 3.5 S Altima but that particular vehicle was at another dealership. Jesse did offer to take me to the vehicle fora test drive, but I declined because I was to lazy to go. I was determined to find something on the lot that day. Prior to me purchasing my Maxima, I test drove a 2015 Nissan Altima SV and that is a very nice car as well. Jesse did the best he could to get me in that car, but I wanted to think it over. Fast forward a week later and I was back and received even better service than my first visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member, and personally I'd send them to Jesse. I did speak with Aaron Frisk via email about scheduling an appointment for the Altima I mentioned previously, but I dealt with Jesse Wagner face to face on both visits. I also got the pleasure to work with Selwyn Brown regarding financing and he was very approachable, and eager to help just like Jesse.
