My salesman, Seref Denizeri, was extremely knowlegable but not pushy. The finance manager, Peter Amory, was great- I walked in after 5 Pm on a Friday and he made me feel like I was doing him a favor! I told him he would have to match my bank and he beat their rate by .5%. 60 months at 2.49% was excellent. The Gen. Mgr. Bob Edwards went out of his way to help get me set up with the appropriate towing package for my boat and everything about the transaction was as promised. There really is a relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Mt business partner purchased his car there last year and told me how great they were- he was right. I've purchased at least 10-11 new cars in the past 35 years and this was my best experience since buying a car in England back in the 70's! More

Seref was a true professional From the first time I met Seref he was attentive, honest and helpful answering my questions and making suggestions that assisted me in coming to the c From the first time I met Seref he was attentive, honest and helpful answering my questions and making suggestions that assisted me in coming to the conclusion the car I was interested in was the right choice for me. As a result, I did not feel the need to conduct additional visits to dealerships to do comparison shopping in an attempt to save a few dollars. Seref also made arrangements with the service department so that the "add ons" that were part of our negotiated agreement would be completed in a timely manner. He also took time to help me become familiar with the new car technology which was an important part of my becoming familiar and comfortable with the new vehicle and its many options. His total honesty and ability to listen made a big difference in my decision to buy from Germain Honda. I now feel I have a relationship with a dealership but more importantly, with a sales person who really cares about me - after the sale! More

He phoned me recently on a Thursday about a current vehicle exchange program and explained the benefits from the potential transaction. I told him that I would be interested only if I could get a 2014 CR-Z in a specific color and with manual transmission (unavailable at his location). He located one for me and was able to have it delivered within 48 HOURS! I'm so happy that Seref never added the phrase "can't be done" to his vocabulary. This guy delivers - literally! Thanks Seref!!! More
