Seref is a master at what he does, his knowledge of the Honda brand and his ability to bring insight and understanding helped u in customer service . Seref is a delightful man with great stories and sense of humor, he worked hard and long hours to get us the best deal possible.He made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Seref is great! He explained everything this Honda model offered which helped me make an educated decision. He was nice and funny so it made the whole experience pleasant. Everyone involved in the purchase were friendly, they seemed to be efficient and made the process "painless" ....so I thank you. The car itself is good, however some of the newer features were included and not the old standard things which I am used to. Honda don't sell yourself short. Overall I got what I wanted for the money I wanted, and its great. More

I've always dreaded car shopping..not any more. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff went out of their way to make me comfortable, offering fresh brewed Starbucks coffee and even cookies. Bob Kennedy-Edwards' outstanding customer service was surprisingly both pleasant and productive, not pushy in the least, helping me sort out what vehicle was right for me. Seref took the test drive with me, providing vehicle information and answered questions I had. He coached me through successfully using unfamiliar vehicles features such as the standard rear camera and set up my cell phone for me in another standard feature, Bluetooth. I love that the vehicle comes with an insert for the trunk that can be easily cleaned or shaken out and rear mudguards. I can't imagine a reason to go to any other dealership. More

I will start out by saying that I purchase a new vehicle just about every other year. I am fortunate to be able to upgrade my vehicle this often. Having said that, the car buying experience can be very fr just about every other year. I am fortunate to be able to upgrade my vehicle this often. Having said that, the car buying experience can be very frustrating when dealing with the wrong dealer and it's staff. This time I decided on a 2013 Honda CR-V and went to Germain Honda in Naples,FL. I knew of a Sales Consultant ( Seref Denizeri ) at the dealer so I decided to call and ask for him. I was told that he had to leave early and would be out for a few days. I left my name and number and to my surprise, Seref called me back within about 20 minutes. He explained that he would be out a few days but still, he took the time to set me up with another Sales Consultant Michael Gorman. Typically, the Sales Consultant will make you wait to earn his commission. Long story short, I was treated like royalty by Michael Gorman throughout my purchase process. I have to say that this has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealer. Mike P. More

Seref Denizeri is the best! We just leased our 3d and 4th new Honda vehicle from Germain Honda. The reason is because this is the best dealership and group of people I have dealt with in my 45 years of 4th new Honda vehicle from Germain Honda. The reason is because this is the best dealership and group of people I have dealt with in my 45 years of buying and leasing automobiles. Everyone knows their stuff. They put the customer first and consider what is important to me in buying and servicing a car. The vehicles are tremendous and great to drive but the people here set them apart. Seref in particular is amazing, he works tirelessly to solve problems and make it possible to get the vehicle we wanted when we needed it. I had been looking for a used car for weeks now since my Mazda 626 was giving me many many issues. The particular day I came across Seref I was extremely frustrated and defeated, thinking I would never resolve my car problem. I had also been to other dealerships with no luck. Seref was very empathetic of my situation; poor credit, little to no money for a down payment, trading a car in tough condition and not wanting to use a co-signer. What impressed me more than that was how knowledgeable he was and straight forward with what he could do for me. I ended up using my mothers credit for the process and could not be more happier with the BRAND NEW car he helped us get. Where there is a will there is a way and Seref is living proof of that! If I could rate him more than 5 stars I definitely would. I will not hestiate to share my experience with family and friends.Thank you Seref for all your help but most of all for our peace of mind! He is truly a blessing in disguised. More

Was recommended to Seref from a mutual friend. I had done my research and knew what model and options I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in and total price. Seref was very easy to talk to, a great listener (So rare and refreshing!) and knew exactly how to come to terms in a fast efficient way. Probably the easiest auto purchase I ever had. Of course, I have only bought Honda for the last twenty years, so it usually does go pretty well ;-) More

I started the buying process through the dealership's website by requesting quote. Their internet manager Anthony Marra and his associate Luz Chavez responded to me promptly. Later Seref Denizeri contact website by requesting quote. Their internet manager Anthony Marra and his associate Luz Chavez responded to me promptly. Later Seref Denizeri contacted me as they have passed on my information to him. I scheduled a test drive with him. When I showed up at the dealership, Seref was there, friendly and welcoming. I made my intention to trade in the 2007 Accord I currently own for a 2013 Accord. He let me take a test drive of a new Accord by myself and reviewed my trade during that time. He was done with the trade review by the time I returned to the dealership after the test drive. He gave me the prices of the new car and my trade and a net "out the door" amount. I made one counter offer and we had a deal. This was the smoothest car purchase transaction I ever had. This was the second purchase I made from this dealership (both Honda Accords), first one was in 2001. I changed that car in 2006, but as Germain did not offer me a good deal, I went with another dealership at that time. I would recommend Germain Honda of Naples and Seref Denizeri to anyone who is considering to by a new Honda. I will certainly return to Seref when it is time for me to find my next vehicle. More
