Both Seref and the Sales Mgr worked closely & quickly with me to arrive at a mutually-agreeable price. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in (a 2006 Odyssey). The contract signings went very smoothly and all questions that I had were explained very throughly by Mike Snell. Also, Mike was able to beat the low loan rate that I had obtained from our local bank. So we financed our loan through Honda. After we took the car home, we noticed a damaged plastic cover on the rear seat of the vehicle. One call to Honda and I was back in and had the item replaced in about 10 minutes by the Service department (who were very friendly and made the visit pleasant). I will definitely buy another vehicle from Germain Honda in the future and will recommend Germain Honda to my friends. More

Still have a damaged (NEW) car from them and still unhappy...they did not even get the info on the title the way we wanted it... More
