The dealership failed to pay off the remaining balance on my Sentra, which is a clear violation of the contract. I discovered this on my own and have been calling every day to resolve the issue. I was told by Carlos in finance that he would take care of it, but it’s been over a month and nothing has been done. Despite leaving messages and following up consistently, Carlos never returns calls or provides updates. Two weeks later, I finally got through to another finance rep, Norma, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist me, she dismissed my concerns and incorrectly claimed the loan had been paid off without even looking at the correct vehicle. This entire process has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you want a smooth, honest car-buying experience, avoid this dealership at all costs. Especially stay away from Carlos, Norma, and Brian. They have shown nothing but disregard for their responsibilities and for customer satisfaction. More
