Sergei treated us with extreme care. The whole process was amazing. I could tell that park place is focused on offering good and honest service. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or felt like they were trying to simply make money off of me. I have referred many friends and family to Sergei specifically. Sergei knows what he is doing with sales and has a bright future ahead of himself in it. I plan on coming back here in the future if I need another car again. The whole time they did the best to accommodate us and our circumstances. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with the process and everyone was extremely caring. I will never go to another dealership if they have what I’m looking for. I will recommend Park Place and Sergei to every single person I know looking for a vehicle.
