Overall, most staff members seem snobbish - greet certain customers, pass by you without speaking, etc. Every employee representing the Porsche brand must engage with customers, regardless of their role. Sergey is my go to person for care of my Porsches. He has helped care for my 996 turbo, my Macan Turbo, My Cayman S, My other Macan Turbo, and my 991.2 GT3. I only bring my cars to Perimeter through h He has helped care for my 996 turbo, my Macan Turbo, My Cayman S, My other Macan Turbo, and my 991.2 GT3. I only bring my cars to Perimeter through him alone. I have that much faith. Perimeter is not as convenient as their new location to me, but I keep going back because works gets done accurately and efficiently. More

Sergey took care of us perfectly from start to finish, including taking expert care of our maintenance issue and even providing extremely convenient Uber pick up for our vehicle. I took my Cayenne in for the yearly tune up and updates. They did a wonderful job, got me in and out in about five hours. Since we live in Macon, they gave us a loaner car so we did not have to sit around w They did a wonderful job, got me in and out in about five hours. Since we live in Macon, they gave us a loaner car so we did not have to sit around waiting. The only thing I wish they had done was to tell me ahead of time that they now add a 3% service fee if you pay with a credit card. If I had known, I would have taken cash if they do not take checks. (Guess you can tell I do not like service fees!) When I had taken my Boxster in for service work in the past, there wasn't a fee to pay with my credit card. All in all, I was very pleased with their work and I will continue to use them. More
