I’m really disappointed with my recent service experience. While I’ve had a great experience with the sales team, the service department has been frustrating. They didn’t listen to my input about experience. While I’ve had a great experience with the sales team, the service department has been frustrating. They didn’t listen to my input about the issue, which led to them fixing the wrong problem — I ended up resolving the rattle myself. The person handling my car wasn’t very pleasant to work with, which made the whole experience worse. To make matters worse, I noticed new marks on the leather interior afterward, and I also discovered that the clip on my battery cover in the frunk was broken during the service. It’s hard to trust the service department now, especially with a brand-new car. I’d really appreciate it if the service manager could look into this and help make things right, since I'm not even wanting to talk to the people in Service. The only good part was the person who was in charge of the demo vehicle handover and pickup. More

It took a abnormal amount of time for this repair without any clear understanding of why. Service advisor is nice but he couldn't articulate the exact cause and why when explained.
