I made a service appointment for my new Hyundai, when I arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it as a doctors office visit. Being a retired MD I can say that in all my years I’ve never had a patient wait more than 30 minutes. This dealership is a joke. Call and try to talk to someone in service, good luck, they never answer the phones! More

Sergio Alvarez was great to work with! They knew I needed to get in and out quickly and they were completed within an hour. I appreciate the timeliness. This was my first experience using serviceat Jenkins Hyundai. It was very easy to navigate getting my car in for service. I waited in the waiting room for my vehicle and the wait time was not bad at a Hyundai. It was very easy to navigate getting my car in for service. Sergio was my service agent and, as always, he was wonderful. He and his team got me signed up for my loaner car and had me out the door in no time.
