This dealership service department keeps getting worse and worse. So I pull my car into the waiting lane with !NO CARS! in front of me! I wait 20 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and ask someo and worse. So I pull my car into the waiting lane with !NO CARS! in front of me! I wait 20 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and ask someone if can get my car serviced. You would think it's a very busy afternoon! Well it wasn't! there was 5 service advisors doing nothing. There were multiple service bays open with 6 technicians around 1 vehicle laughing and cracking jokes! I'm very disappointed in Midtown Toyota! It's a xxxx shame they just relocated to a new dealership but have horrible customer service now. More

The dealership isn’t transparent with you when purchasing your vehicle. The staff thinks it’s funny when you figure out that they left details out from the carfax. It was stated to me that since the people t your vehicle. The staff thinks it’s funny when you figure out that they left details out from the carfax. It was stated to me that since the people they brought it from didn’t report it they didn’t know about the problem. I asked did they do an inspection of the vehicle when they received it and the car salesperson and service center manager laughed and said they missed it. Then the salesperson said it’s easy to miss since I also didn’t notice it when purchasing the car. Well I’m not the professional and I feel as though this dealership are ‘legal scammers’. To fix the situation I asked for a discount for them to fix the problem and salesperson solution was to sit me down and try to up sale me another vehicle. More

Victory Toyota rescued my vacation when my water pump failed several hundred miles from my home and from my destination. The staff was uniformly well trained and pleasant to work with. Need to train repair techs to read maintenance docs properly so they wont charge you for an oil change when it’s technically covered bu maintenance docs.
