The line to get in The service center is unorganized. I waited in line for about an hour and during that time I watched five cars get serviced in front of me. I bought my car last year 2023 brand new I waited in line for about an hour and during that time I watched five cars get serviced in front of me. I bought my car last year 2023 brand new RAV4 and I asked for some noise to be looked at but The servicer was not clear about what's covered. There was a fee to service it or have it checked but did not go through a thorough process explaining how it could be covered by the insurance which it should! More

I set an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and had to wait an hour before anyone even acknowledged me in line. I had to go out of my way to seek someone out so I could get back to work. Then I was cha to wait an hour before anyone even acknowledged me in line. I had to go out of my way to seek someone out so I could get back to work. Then I was charged $180 to change a fuse which is excessive, and called the next day to ask if they would buy my car. Why would I sell my car to a dealership with this kind of customer service? More
