I gave you a ring and no one picked up. I was dissatisfied. Today I went into the service center. Edwin was great and got me in and out. Quick oil change. My first on my wife’s truck. But the manner in which I received my truck but was not acceptable. The handle to open the drivers door has grease on it. The more on the inside. The control panel for the windows and steering wheel where the arrows are located and shifter knob. I get it. Your guys are quick and in a hurry. But that doesn’t give them the excuse to be sloppy. You guys provide PPE. I am sure they don’t hear the dealer telling them hey we are low on gloves and over the budget for them. A simple look over and see. Other places provide a plastic seat cover for a tech to place over the seat before he or she sits into a clients vehicle. Just really mad in which my truck was left. Ima call up the dealer and request my vehicles future maintenance be switched to another dealership closer to my home. I drove an hour away to your dealer this morning. How would you feel? More
