The representative at the counter told me it was going to be an hour and a half wait, being from Moore I didn't want to have to come back another day so I waited. I think I was there 45 min or so and my truck was done. I really appreciated them going out of there way to get me in and out as quickly as they could. More

It could be better I live in Durant, nearly 2 hours away. When I scheduled my service, I listed my 2011 Chevy Silverado and stated I needed an oil change and that my eng I live in Durant, nearly 2 hours away. When I scheduled my service, I listed my 2011 Chevy Silverado and stated I needed an oil change and that my engine light was on. I get off work at 2pm. When I got there they said they couldn't check my engine light because it was a Chevy and I would have to go to the other service center. It would have been nice to know this before I drove there. Now I have to make an appointment to have my engine light checked at a later date. More
