amazing dealership, service is beyond exceptional I have purchased the last 3 of my new vehicles through Seth Wadley with Trace as my salesman. They have always listen to my needs and expectations whe I have purchased the last 3 of my new vehicles through Seth Wadley with Trace as my salesman. They have always listen to my needs and expectations when purchasing a vehicle. Never had an issue when wanting to trade in my vehicle either and received fair trade in value. This dealership truly values their customers and it shows. If you purchase here, you get free oil changes for life, engines for life, free rotation on tires, dent removal...plus this dealership offers numerous of courteous vehicles to use while yours is in the shop....unbelievable. Now, service is top notch. I would highly recommend anyone to experience this service department. I recently had an issue with my 2014 Expedition grinding noise while braking and going slowly and took it to my local Ford dealership and they said nothing was wrong and did full inspection (apparently). Kept hearing this noise so made appointment with Seth Wadley should have in first place but 45 minute drive. Took it in, had some dents removed free of charge and mechanic comes out says here is your problem the left side axle was throwing grease and has been for some time and showed me the issue in the rubber boot had a hole and grease was everywhere behind the rotors and needed to be replace. The service department here couldn't believe the other Ford dealership missed this. It was fixed within 4 hours and I didn't hear that noise anymore...thanks Seth Wadley for being top-notch, listening to the vehicle owner and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. More

Poor customer care Several times I have come to them for something other than an oil change. Each time they either didn't fix it right or left something unfinished. The service manager will try to make you feel like it is your fault and smooze you into feeling like you have to pay outrageously for the work that they didn't do right in the first place. I recommend contacting a manager with any and all complaints. The sales, and other departments are great but they need a serious over haul in the service department. More
