Sales department fail, service and parts victory James Grant was fantastic and very helpful with no pressure throughout. Gave us updates on our order and stayed in communication always. Sales managers messed up and back office messed up. Too many times to count. Ron, Corey, Rick, and Seth are the only reason I will continue business with the service and parts department. Sales department has lost my families business probably forever. More

Highly Recommended Car-buying has never been one of our favorite sports. On a busy Friday afternoon, Wilsonville Subaru and a star sales guy, James Grant, easily overcam Car-buying has never been one of our favorite sports. On a busy Friday afternoon, Wilsonville Subaru and a star sales guy, James Grant, easily overcame that trepidation. James struck a smooth balance between patiently explaining the vast technical features of a new Forrester and arranging the financial details and sale closure. The only reservation here is that the cash sale process moved along a bit slowly -- we were nervously in a time crunch. But, driving our new Forrester, we got out in plenty of time to make our next stop, thanks to James' arranging to continue his tutorials until the next Monday. In the parts department, he then also saw to adding the extra roof racks and floor matting that we had ordered. Extra key cases, color-coded, were another nice touch. The upshot here is that we would recommend Wilsonville Subaru over other Portland-area dealers of the brand -- and we have. ("Ask for James," we said. And some friends of ours say they will.) Great work deserves to be rewarded with more work. (Never thought we'd say that about an auto dealer.) Richard and Pat Colby More
