Spotted a ES350 Lexus on the internet, called & was connected with Seth Collins. We talked about the vehicle & how I was out of town & wanted to fly in do a sweep of the car, hand him a check, shake hi connected with Seth Collins. He checked a few things out I had questions about (non smoker etc.) & got back to me in a timely manner. I didn't want the typical dealer shake down, who does? He made it happen, car is great, he had everything set up ready to go. Did need to roll through the paper work ordeal but even that was ready. For me one of a very few times a sales rep listened to a customer at a dealership, It was a very easy transaction & didn't need to go through the "sales process". Have been seeing info floating around YouTube that dealers are thinking of going viral with the idea people would just click on their phones & hit buy then deal with what, AI?? I hope Lexus/Toyota keep sales folks around like Seth, he is a straight shooter without the fast Eddy sales blow. I've had Toyota's before this is my first Lexus, maybe this level of vehicle gets you away from the fast Eddy sales guys? Thanks again Seth instead of going through the typical dealership grinder process you got me on the road home with my new ride ASAP. Shout out to Tysean who gave me a quick once over on controls, also have his card if I have any questions down the road. Thanks Metro Lexus, this edges out my now 2nd best buying experience with a dealership that sold me my Avalon. This is another reason I bought the Lexus it has a well proven drivetrain & reliability factor (certified as well). Many manufactures are experimenting with new engines & tech, I wanted something that I know works. Dealt with the big three & their experimenting for to many years, should have went Toyota/Lexus years ago & saved myself the frustration, time/$$$ wasted. Seth was great, one of a very few I have ever worked with through the years, & they didn't plaster their dealership stickers all over my car. Was worth the extra effort to go here. More
