He ably answered my questions and provided pertinent information and suggestions, but also understood and respected my own knowledge base and experience (and so didn't waste time explaining things to me as though I were stupid, as can so often be the case with over-eager salespersons). Five stars to Jimbo. Seth gave good info in the beginning stages, steering me in the right direction, and Crystal explained options and details very well, making the payment process seamless; they each get 5 stars.
