For the first time buying a new car Seth made sure to put my mind and nerves at ease! He was extremely helpful when it came to changing over the insurance and even helped with questions I was unsure of in th my mind and nerves at ease! Not only was he knowledgeable about the car, but he was very personable and friendly. I would 100% recommend anyone buying their first care through a dealership to come over and see Seth! More

I was there on Friday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 6 to buy out my lease. The sales person and sales manager were polite, but did not provide accurate loan interest rates. The manager simply September 6 to buy out my lease. The sales person and sales manager were polite, but did not provide accurate loan interest rates. The manager simply went to web pages for interest rates without searching future. I spent 2.5 hours on Friday and again on Wednesday doing the actual pay out for purchasing my previously leased car. It should be noted that on both days the dealerships were quiet !!!! More

People who talk about having horrible experiences shopping for a car have obviously never dealt with Seth and the kind people of Lester Glenn Subaru. Our initial meeting with him lasted about 2.5 hou shopping for a car have obviously never dealt with Seth and the kind people of Lester Glenn Subaru. Our initial meeting with him lasted about 2.5 hours, during which he was supportive, informative, and patient. As first time car buyers, we had many questions and reservations regarding the many unknowns we were encountering, and Seth was sensitive to these issues. Our eventual purchase did not take place until almost four weeks after that first encounter and in the interim Seth kindly and gently checked in with us to see if we had additional questions that could help us make a decision. When we eventually found the car and deal that worked for us, everyone involved made taking care of the necessary steps as easy as possible. We are grateful for the service we received at Lester Glenn Subaru and will happily refer others to them. And now that we have our car, "...Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile" - Grateful Dead, "He's Gone". More
