Continued Lester Glenn customer Although I have a Subaru dealership a couple miles from my house, I chose to drive 30 miles to continue my service with Lester Glenn. Superb Subaru Experience! Buying a new car has never been something I looked forward to, but my experience at Lester Glenn Subaru buying our 2018 Forester may have changed tha Buying a new car has never been something I looked forward to, but my experience at Lester Glenn Subaru buying our 2018 Forester may have changed that forever! My husband always wanted a Subaru, and although not able to drive any longer, when we needed a new car, I promised him that a Subaru is what we would get. Our knowledgeable and patient salesman Seth Leifer, his generous manager Jim Grace, and our final interaction with Donato Jensen in Finance made the whole process so much easier than I thought possible and helped me keep that promise. Seth even encouraged me to take the Subaru home for an overnight trial since he knew it was hard for my husband to get there himself. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn Subaru to friends and family! More

The angst of the new car buying I knew that it was time to buy a new car. I was dragging my feet because I dreaded the entire process. A family member purchased a car from Seth and I knew that it was time to buy a new car. I was dragging my feet because I dreaded the entire process. A family member purchased a car from Seth and had a very positive experience. He encouraged me to take the step and purchase a Subaru. Seth listen to me, found a car with the features I wanted, worked within my budget and made it a far better experience than I was expecting. He took the time to personally show me all the features of the car and how they worked. He answered all my questions. And even synced my iPhone to the car.👍🏼 More

Lester Glenn Went Above My Expectations TL:DR I wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Seth did an amazing job getting everything to align. I have a new Legacy. Since my first Subaru in 200 TL:DR I wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Seth did an amazing job getting everything to align. I have a new Legacy. Since my first Subaru in 2004, to my most recent purchase, we have owned or leased 8 Subaru vehicles in total. 6 of which were through Lester Glenn. That said, I had already expected the "Lester Glenn Experience", but what I got was beyond what I was expecting. My visit started with a phone call from Adeeyah, who because of the time of her call, made sure I wasn't busy eating or doing anything else, before she got to the topic of her call. That isn't something you get from most people making a sales call. It wasn't made to feel like her call, was more important than my activity. After I had spoken to Adeeyah, I setup an appointment to come in. When I got to the showroom I was introduced to Seth. He was introduced as a product specialist or something other than sales man. The title, whatever it was, was accurate. He was not a salesman. Seth took his time working with me to find the right vehicle for my family. He was more like my Subaru Advocate. I honestly went in expecting to leave in my 2014 Legacy, but because of all the hard work that Seth, Jim, and Donato did, I was able to upgrade to a 2018 Legacy, at a price I was happy with. I left that night happier with the service I had received from everyone, than I was with the car itself, and I love the car. More
