I bought a Subaru CrossTrek for my daughter who is turning 16 and we made up our mind to get a CrossTrek with all the safety features. We went through the Costco Auto program, Seth gave a call in a about half hour of expressing interest via the program. Since then, it was smooth sailing. Seth was very attentive to our needs and did not oversell anything. He was a true partner discussing the various options once he knew that I was buying this car for my daughter. He patiently walked through the different builds on the lot, showing me the cars and bearing with me as our family debated which one to get. Once we decided, he spent a ton of time patiently and thoughtfully explaining and setting up the car for my daughter so she was as well informed as possible while setting enough of the electronics for her to be functional. Seth's calm engaging, caring and fun attitude was awesome. White Bear Lake Subaru's selection is *huge* - much better than others I have been too and that selection made a difference for me to buy from them. Their customer lounge is very well equipped, the staff caring and frequently checking in on us. The dealership is 40 miles from where I live - and its a trip I am willing to make just because its a place that I can relate to now. Great job White Bear Subaru and Seth! And... THANK YOU! More
