Delt with used vehicle lot. When to financing office did the last bit of paper work the manager called and spoke to the sales person told he we were ready. He was no where ready for us the truck had not been washed, and the tank had not been filled both of which he said they would have done. He hadn’t even cleaned the tap residue off the windshield from the listing paper. Not unhappy with the truck, but the customer service I feel could have been a bit more satisfying. More

Harry, my salesman, was very professional and nice. Josue Arenas the manager was very rude. Didn’t acknowledge for 5 minutes while waiting in the lobby. Would not look ever his computer when talking to him. When he came to look at my car for trade he rolled his eyes when I went to introduce myself and stated we talked earlier in the day. Looked very unprofessional. Never had someone in customer service be so rude. The car was dirty was had to be kept overnight for it to be cleaned. When the car I was purchasing was brought to me the gas tank was empty with gas light on. Horrible experience! More

Typical car dealership experience. had to fight to get what I thought my trade was worth. They had $2400 in the price for dealer's cost to ready the car for sale. I was told they would show me the breakdown but I never saw it. Got most of that charge taken off the cost. They never detailed the car. It was pretty clean but dealers I've been to always make sure the car is spotless after you make the deal. The windshield washer fluid tank wasn't even filled. Then when I was finished with finance and ready to leave nobody could find my sales person (who had the second key to the car. I stood around for 35min. until he finally showed up with the key. No one previewed the car with me to show me where everything is etc. More
