Traded in my black 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 that I bought from Larry H Miller Dodge brand new Sept. 2005 was an amazing truck. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Larry H Miller Dodge all have been great vehicles. We made the mistake of buying from another dealership and will NEVER do that again. Lesson learned only Larry H Miller Dodge highly recommended. More

Jeep Patriot Katie was just great. She remembered us from when we came there with our daughter to buy her Jeep Compass and she stepped in right away to help. She Katie was just great. She made sure that we got a good deal and pointed out the broken windshield that I might have missed. She followed up with us to make sure the windshield was replaced and even gave us a loaner car while the windshield was being replaced. The only problem was my wife fell in love with the Grand Cherokee that was loaned to us and now she wants one. More

The salesmen were very kind and helpful and I had a wonderful experience with them, unfortunately my negative experience with the finance team is overshadowing their hard work. Working with the financing department has been the biggest nightmare EVER! I have never seen a more unorganized department in my life. I've been working with them for over a month and it seems each week I get another phone call about something they forgot to get or do. I sent in paperwork and told them to let me know if they got it and a week went by before he called to say the app didn't go through. My co-signer has had to send in paperwork twice, fill out the online app 7 times because the system wasn't working and now I get ANOTHER call, after I've been told everything is taken care of, requesting yet ANOTHER piece of documentation. This is what they do for a living, how do they not know what paperwork the bank will need?? This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It should not take this long to complete a purchase of a vehicle no matter what. I'm extremely unhappy with my experience. More
