I always liked dealing with this dealership back in the 90's and 2000's where I purchased 3 to 4 cars. I left only because you had personnel changes. I remained with Lexus through Coloseum and Fremont 90's and 2000's where I purchased 3 to 4 cars. I left only because you had personnel changes. I remained with Lexus through Coloseum and Fremont Lexus. Your service dept. was always great when you had Ray Chin back then. I decided to try Serramonte again and found Dan Navarro and Steve Bailey. They were always in contact and called me back when I had questions. I waited awhile but I did get the car I wanted.
