The only thing I might suggest is when I recently needed a ride home , which is rare, I didn't know the protocol and I stood by the drivers unaware that they were the drivers. After I stood there awhile, someone asked if I needed help. What could have prevented this awkwardness? Communication is key. Lead the customer, introduce them to the drivers, and this will make the transition run smoothly.
