I chose Benton Nissan of Hoover expecting professionalism and accountability. While the vehicle purchase itself was smooth, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. I was charged a $117 Georgia tag late fee due to delayed submission of dealership paperwork. The Georgia tag office confirmed the delay was not caused by me. Despite multiple polite follow-ups requesting reimbursement or guidance, I received no response from my assigned representative. Communication and accountability after the sale are critical, and unfortunately, that’s where the experience fell short. I hope dealership leadership or corporate customer service will review this matter and assist in resolving it promptly. More
You pretty much get ignored once the sale is final. I called 3 different people that were involved in the sale concerning missing rear floor mats and have yet to get a return phone call. I spoke with Miss Claire Ripp as she was doing calls to make sure that all of Benton's guests were still enjoying their vehicles even years after we purchased. The part that stood out to me the most is that she was not even the person who sold us our vehicle. She expressed genuine care about our ownership experience. She is a delightful young lady! I told her that I am not looking to upgrade anytime soon, and her response was cheerful and still looking for a way to assist me. She even offered assistance in setting my next service appointment. I absolutely enjoyed our conversation, and will happily recommend Claire to anyone looking for a vehicle. She will take care of you! More
