Overall, our experience with the dealership was a positive one. There was some misinformation that we were given regarding the warranty on the certified pre-owned vehicle that we purchased and we ha positive one. There was some misinformation that we were given regarding the warranty on the certified pre-owned vehicle that we purchased and we had a long, 40 minute wait to meet with the finance person but our salesman was friendly and attentive to us. We love the Explorer that we bought and free oil changes for life is a wonderful perk. More
