Best Vette Service Ever My 2013 Vette had some problems that just didn't make any sense. I was VERY worried......like having a loved one in intensive care....maybe worse.... My 2013 Vette had some problems that just didn't make any sense. I was VERY worried......like having a loved one in intensive care....maybe worse...... I think Shana picked up on my level of concern for the Vette. We call it "the Vette" ....way more than a car. The team very quickly figured out what was causing the Vette's problems. The dealership showed great compassion in doing the work for N/C. I went down the road feeling that life again was worth living. In all seriousness upon four occasions now this service department has gone above and beyond. It is hard to buy a new Vette and not have confidence in a dealership's desire and ability to take good of the car....not like you could take it to the mechanic down the street. I will continue to purchase Chevy's because of the service I have received at THIS dealership. I have owned up to eight Chevy's at one time and been to many dealerships in Montana and Idaho so I speak from experience. Special thanks to Shana, Ariel and Bob. More

I called Brian Horn the day before( I purchased a few vehicles from Brian before he went into Finance) and asked who should I see. He suggested Rick Eagle. It was very good experience. Great Experiences / Thank You Shana and Deanna! My family 'fleet" consists of 2 Avalanches, 1 Silverado and 1 Isuzu Trooper all purchased at Lithia in Fairbanks over the last 7 years. Generally all My family 'fleet" consists of 2 Avalanches, 1 Silverado and 1 Isuzu Trooper all purchased at Lithia in Fairbanks over the last 7 years. Generally all my service work has been done at Lithia and over the last couple of years the Service Department has really stepped up their game. The quality of the Service Advisors and service work done is great. In particular, Shana Lindsay has repeatedly provided great management of my service needs, making sure only necessary work is done and done right, and doing everything she can to get my vehicle back as soon as possible. On a separate note, my last purchase at Lithia was in June 2014 and Deanna Bolt was the Sales Advisor who helped me make a great deal on my latest Avalanche purchase. She patiently made sure I was comfortable with all the new truck features and has periodically contacted me after the sale to make sure I am still having a positive experience with the new truck. And before I forget, Brian Horn their Financial Consultant found me great financing, made good recommendations on warranty coverage, and made the paperwork almost painless. If you haven't been to Lithia in Fairbanks in a while I recommend you check them out! More

Bought a 2014 Silverado from John and he made it a great buying experience. Purchased a bedliner, running board, autostart and Blizzack tires after the sale, and I would be hard pressed to criticize the experience. John was there to help us out, Shana was great at explaining and taking care of the service. Free donuts, shuttle service, and an above average willingness to help us out and meet our needs. I can't think of anything, or anyway to make it better. They even gave us a loaner vehicle when they detailed the truck. Great Job, John and Shana! More
