I was told the car would be ready on Monday. I received no calls and no updates on Monday. I called in on Monday and never received a call back. I called in 2 times on Tuesday and never received I received no calls and no updates on Monday. I called in on Monday and never received a call back. I called in 2 times on Tuesday and never received any updates or call backs . I finally just drove to the dealership on Tuesday evening to check on my vehicle. I met my service advisor. He said the part was being picked up. As I was there the technician walked in and l he asked them how long until the car was ready. They said it would be a little after 6 pm. He offered no apology for the inconvenience and instead just blamed the call center. He said he didn’t receive any calls or messages. While this may be the case i still should have been contacted and updated regarding the delay. If I didn’t drive into the dealership my car would not have been available for pickup until Wednesday. Very disappointed in the total lack of communication, apathy of my service advisor and no apology for my inconvenience I went through. The service performed on my vehicle has resolved the issue thus far. No issues with the technician. More

The dealership got me in on a Saturday but was unable to diagnose any issues because they said the person that does diagnosis was not there on the weekends. I'm grateful that the manager, Jimmy was able to diagnose any issues because they said the person that does diagnosis was not there on the weekends. I'm grateful that the manager, Jimmy was able to secure me a loaner vehicle since I had to leave my car for repairs and recalls. Once the repairs were fixed, the communication was good to let me know what was going on with the car, but I was very unsatisfied with coming back to a dirty vehicle as most other dealerships would have made sure the car was clean, especially after sitting outside in the elements for almost a week.
