Caring, easy, and comfortable I wanted to buy the new Forrester, but didn't want to have to deal with the sales process. My husband is out of town for an extended period, so he wo I wanted to buy the new Forrester, but didn't want to have to deal with the sales process. My husband is out of town for an extended period, so he worked with someone online to make the deal happen. I was given an appointment to come in, sign a few papers, and then leave with the car "within 20 minutes or less". Unfortunately, when I arrived, the paperwork was not completed due to a power of attorney mix-up and I had to start from the beginning. Shane was there when I walked in and immediately started to help make the situation easy, peaceful, and painless. He had Andrew, the sales manager talk with me and help expedite the process. Vlad helped me through the financing process in just a few minutes and I wasn't pressured for "Add-ons". Shane made this the best car-buying experience for me! I highly recommend Shane and New Motors! More
