Second Outback Purchase Experience My husband and I had vowed never to return to New Motors after our first purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback. We had been treated quite unprofessionally My husband and I had vowed never to return to New Motors after our first purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback. We had been treated quite unprofessionally by some areas of the dealership. But then we received an email asking if we would be interested in trading our 2017 outback for a 2019 for almost the same monthly payment. We decided to risk it and quite honestly we are extremely glad we did! Our salesman was Shane Harney and he MADE our experience!! After checking with a couple of other dealers, we went back to New Motors. It took us about 1/2 hour to decide on purchasing our 9th Subaru. Shane was very helpful through the whole process. I had to drive home to get my license plate and upon returning to the dealership, the car was ready to take. We are still learning all the bells and whistles, but Shane gave us a great start in going over all the features. More
