They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but they were receiving a shipment in a few days. When it came in he immediately texted me it was there and I texted all pertinent information to him. This saved me at least an hour of getting the paperwork ready. Nate Bird did all our financial paperwork. Very efficient and timely. Shane explained all the features of the car very thoroughly. The whole experience very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning when I need another car. More

Impressed with the Subaru rating in safety, we purchased a Forester in 2016. It was an excellent vehicle for us, but we felt it was time to trade in. There was no doubt we would stay with a Subaru and New M a Forester in 2016. It was an excellent vehicle for us, but we felt it was time to trade in. There was no doubt we would stay with a Subaru and New Motors. Walking into the showroom, we were pleasantly greeted by Shane Harvey. We told him we were looking, not sure if we’d stay with a Forester or look into something else. Shane was very knowledgeable about Subarus in general, and was able to answer any question we had. After looking at all the models, it came down to the Forester and Outback. Shane recommended their website to review the Forester and Outbacks they currently had in stock. Once we found one that had what we were looking for, we went back and took an Outback for a test drive. During our drive, Shane was very informative about the capabilities of the car. It was very impressive to see the passion he has for his job and the product he sells! We drove home with our new Outback the next day thanks to Shanes help in getting all the paper work processed for us. More
