Very polite and professional: by the time I showed up to purchase my truck all I had to do was sign documents everything else was already taken care of. They took care of my 4 year old that came with me and gave him plenty of snacks to keep him satisfied. Shane made sure my truck was issue free through the 152 point state inspection. The truck needed new tires and the tech were about to put the wrong tires on the truck, Shane stopped them went to management and had the correct tires put on the truck by the time I showed up. Shane also took it upon himself to take the truck and fill the tank for me before I arrived! It’s the little things that matter folks! Long story short new motors is a great dealership to do business with and Shane is fantastic with taking care of the buyers wants and needs! I highly recommend them and my wife needs a truck soon so I’ll be calling Shane to see what they can do for us! Thank you New Motors! More
