I found out what all the options were on the car. Told her what I had for a trade and everything that was wrong with my trade. She told me what I could expect for my trade-in. For me to see the car would be close to a 3 hour drive. I called her when I was done with work to make sure it would be OK to show up 1/2 hour before closing. she said to come down. She would be waiting for me. I arrived. I went for a test drive. They inspected my trade. After getting back from the test drive they had my valuation of my trade done. Just what I was expecting, because of my conversation with Juliana. We got the deal done. I didn't feel rushed at all. Just very satisfied. There are not many Malibu Hybrids in the State of Wisconsin. Thus the need to travel, but very worth-while. I would deal with them again in a heart-beat. More

I was more than impressed with my experience at Symdon I had my first contact with Jim K at the Madison camper show. We had a very "matter of fact" discussion of my looking for a conversion van. I was thinking of a new van but suggested to Jim that I would be interested in a good used van. Jim sent me an email of a conversion van he had just got in. My wife and I went over to check out this "used" van with the idea that we would look at it and talk to Jim about a new van. Didn't work out that way. We checked out the van Jim found for us and loved it. Jim helped us add a few options to it. (back up camera, and electric brake capability to the trailer connector). In fact, we even talked to Jim about our next car before we drove our "new" van into the sunset. I'll be back! And not just for service. More
