I was more than impressed with my experience at Symdon I had my first contact with Jim K at the Madison camper show. We had a very "matter of fact" discussion of my looking for a conversion van. I was thinking of a new van but suggested to Jim that I would be interested in a good used van. Jim sent me an email of a conversion van he had just got in. My wife and I went over to check out this "used" van with the idea that we would look at it and talk to Jim about a new van. Didn't work out that way. We checked out the van Jim found for us and loved it. Jim helped us add a few options to it. (back up camera, and electric brake capability to the trailer connector). In fact, we even talked to Jim about our next car before we drove our "new" van into the sunset. I'll be back! And not just for service. More

Absolutely AMAZING service!!! We shopped around for roughly 6 months. Stopping and dealing with multiple dealerships before coming to Symdon in Mt Horeb. After our first visit, we knew, this is where we'd be buying our car. Our saleman was Tim Waterbury and we were amazed by his service. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted, the way I wanted, and did it with a smile on his face. We were so impressed with him and his team's service that we will not be shopping anywhere else from now on! Thank you all for this wonderful experience!!! More

Friendly, easy to work with and fair. I have purchased many " high end" European cars over the years and this was a comparable experience.
