As soon as we got back from our test drive, Juliana answered all of our questions and as soon as we wanted to talk numbers, she got to work and presented an offer to us that was lower than we expected (and a trade offer higher than we expected)...My husband and I were shocked - that's never happened to us or anyone we even know. We were all prepared to have to work for every dollar off, but didn't have to! My husband and I were so pleased with how straightforward and fair the whole experience felt. I met Aaron and spoke about wanting to by a traverse within the ext couple of months. Fast forward to the end of March and my husband went to talk to Aaron again about the purchase of a new traverse. Aaron was very professional throughout the whole process. He allowed us to view both the traverse and Acadia and helped pick a vehicle that was going to meet our growing family's needs. We decided on a 18 traverse and purchased it the same day. The following week we met with Shane in the finance department and received the same professionalism from him! Keep it under 100 and the shiny side up That was one of the first things Tim told me on our first visit about driving my new truck and I could already tell he was a cool guy. My 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT/Z71 has been nothing short of spectacular so far! I could tell Tim had a feeling I wasn’t sure what I was doing so he talked me through everything. There was only one thing I wanted replaced on the truck and Tim made that happen for me. Shane was a financial wizard and nailed it with the payments I wanted. I was in my truck in one day. They took care of every detail for me so I had no worries. I drove it off the lot with everything in order. Tim also took an incredible amount of time (in a relaxed manner) to make sure I knew how every feature worked. I sincerely feel the team cares about finding the perfect vehicle for you and does everything to make sure you are happy. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend symdon motors. More
