Friendly staff. Oil change without appointment was quick. Checked other issue without complaint. Thought would have to wait couple hours but had it done in no time. Did not realize the space would have when put seats down in back. The new mats are awesome. Enough cup holders in right place and convenient. Michael my salesman explained things clearly and efficiently. He had to explain some more than once and never got an attitude. Knowledgable about vehicle. Michael was not pushy. Gave me time to think. They called me to check if things were going well after I purchased vehicle. Office personnel worked with me on interest rate and were not pushy. They tried all avenues and made it happen. The vehicle drives smooth. But most of all....I LOVE MY HONDA HRV!!!!! More
