Buyer Beware!! Recently left a deposit on a 2018 Outback. Usually lease, but decided to buy this time. Thought we had an "out the door" price. Wrong! They wanted to charge large fees for dealer prep, DMV, last month lease payment on current vehicle and 1.9% rather than 0.9% loan fee. Deceptive practice as far as I'm concerned. Be careful. Will contact Subaru America Corporate also. More

She sold the Forrester without being pushy or "over selling" (basically she knew everything about the vehicle and let the Forrester sell itself). We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with (Robert, Pat, and Shane also) at Donaldson's and would enthusiastically recommend this dealership. Oh - and the Forrester we bought is great too. More

Fantastic purchase experience My wife and I just purchased an Outback, and it was easily one of the smoothest car buying experiences we have had. From the start it is clear they k My wife and I just purchased an Outback, and it was easily one of the smoothest car buying experiences we have had. From the start it is clear they know that buyers have access to all the pricing info, and that good customer service and people skills are what will separate them from other dealerships. Our salesman was Mike Chiofalo. He was very friendly and informative. Our interaction was more about Michael providing us information to make a good decision, not just trying to make a sale, and this a huge distinction. This car was for my wife, he focused his attention on specifically what she was looking for in a vehicle. She knew she wanted a Subaru for the safety and reputation, but wasn't sure of the model; at just under 5' tall, comfort behind the wheel can be a challenge. She test drove two models, then test drove two engine types until she settled on what she wanted. Through this, Michael patiently answered all questions, never rushing us, really making sure that the car we chose would be the best fit for my wife. We settled on the Outback, chose the trim level, selected a color and worked out the pricing. As I said, we came in with info, knew what a fair deal was, and they exceeded our expectations. At one point we met Steven Fulco, the sales manager, who seemed only to be interested in making sure we were comfortable with the process and how we were being taken care of. From start to delivery, they were great to work with. I can't recommend them enough. More
